Q: What do you get in the standard website design package?
A: In a nutshell, you get everything you need for your new website. Our standard package includes HTML, PHP, CSS, Flash, and Actionscript coding. You also get no hassle email (your name@yourdomain.com) set up and managed for you. 1 year domain name registration and the first quarter of hosting are also included, as well as a web statistics program you can log into at any time to see how many hits your site is getting, where its getting them, and when. We also market your site with the top 5 search engines, such as Google and Yahoo! Of course, all this comes with a dedicated designer you can all any time you have a question.
Q: How do I know I am getting a good value for my money?
A: Once you are walked through our standard website design contract and decide to begin work, you will be able to sit down with a designer personally and outline everything... from what you want on your site to what colors you would like to see used. As work progresses, you get 3 drafts that get uploaded to a website only you can see, and you are able to view your site from home to watch as your designer builds your site. Your input shapes the look and feel of your site. The best part is, you only pay 50% up front... the last 50% payment is not due until your site is complete and you are completely satisfied with the results.
Q: Do you charge hourly or use a flat fee?
A: We can do either depending on your needs. Typically, a flat fee of $750 is given for a standard web design proposal. Flash and back-end coding is included. In addition, we market your website with various popular search engines, such as Google, Yahoo!, and others. Anything needed above and beyond what is included in this package will be assessed at an hourly rate of $55 an hour.
Q: How do I request a proposal, and what does it entail?
A: To request a proposal, simply give us a call or contact us via email or our online request form. A free analysis of your business's online presence will be presented to you, along with a presentation of what our company can do for you. A representative will come to your place of business to offer this information. If you like what you see, we can sign you up on the spot!
Q: I've never seen a website built, and I have no idea what
we would need.
